राजस्थान युवा विधिक साक्षरता पहल — 2026 (Rajasthan Youth Legal Literacy Initiative-2026) — यह राज्य की अब तक की सबसे महत्वाकांक्षी विधिक-शिक्षा मुहिम है। भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (Chief Justice of India) न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत (Justice Suryakant) द्वारा 20 फरवरी 2026 को शुरू की गई इस पहल को राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय (Rajasthan High Court) के कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति संजीव प्रकाश शर्मा (Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma) के नेतृत्व में पूरे राज्य में लागू किया जा रहा है।

पहल का उद्देश्य (The Vision)
न्यायमूर्ति संजीव प्रकाश शर्मा ने बल दिया कि आज के बालकों को पारंपरिक शिक्षा (Traditional Academics) के साथ-साथ "कानूनी और साइबर जागरूकता (Legal & Cyber Awareness)" भी उतनी ही ज़रूरी है। डिजिटल युग (Digital Age) में हर विद्यार्थी को यह जानना चाहिए कि उसके अधिकार क्या हैं, उसके कर्तव्य क्या हैं, और खतरा आने पर सहायता कहाँ से लेनी है।

यह कैसे काम करेगा (How It Works)
हर मंगलवार पूरे राजस्थान में न्यायिक अधिकारी एक-साथ विद्यालयों में पहुँचते हैं। वे एक कक्षा (Class) में बैठते हैं, सप्ताह के विषय पर बातचीत करते हैं, वास्तविक मामले (Real Cases) साझा करते हैं, और विद्यार्थियों के प्रश्न सुनते हैं। यह पहली बार है जब न्यायपालिका (Judiciary) सीधे स्कूल की कक्षाओं में — इतने बड़े पैमाने पर — पहुँच रही है।

GSSS जेठन्तरी में क्या होगा (What Happens At GSSS Jethantri)
इस पहल के तहत हमारे विद्यालय में भी हर मंगलवार एक विधिक-जागरूकता सत्र (Legal Awareness Session) आयोजित होगा। ज़िला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (DLSA), बालोतरा से अतिथि-वक्ता आमंत्रित किए जाएँगे और हमारा विधिक साक्षरता क्लब (Legal Literacy Club) प्रत्येक सत्र के बाद छात्र-मंथन (Student Reflection), पोस्टर गतिविधि और शपथ-कार्यक्रम (Pledge) का आयोजन करेगा।
यह क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है (Why This Matters)
जब 1,400 न्यायाधीश (Judges) हर सप्ताह 4 लाख विद्यार्थियों से संवाद करते हैं — तो यह केवल जानकारी देने का कार्य नहीं है। यह न्यायपालिका (Judiciary) और समाज (Society) के बीच का वह पुल है जिससे कानून का शासन (Rule of Law) केवल किताबी शब्द न रहकर एक जीती-जागती व्यवस्था बन जाए। आज के विद्यार्थी कल के नागरिक, मतदाता, कार्यकर्ता और नीति-निर्माता हैं। उनमें आज बोया गया विधिक-बीज (Seed of Legal Awareness) देश के भविष्य को आकार देगा।

How it works
Every Tuesday, judicial officers fan out across Rajasthan and walk into classrooms at the same time. They sit in with a class, take up that week's theme, share real cases, and field student questions. This is the first time the judiciary is reaching directly into school classrooms — at this scale — anywhere in India.

What happens at GSSS Jethantri
Under this initiative, our school runs a legal-awareness session every Tuesday. Guest speakers are invited from the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Balotra, and our Legal Literacy Club hosts the post-session student reflection, poster activity, and pledge ceremony.
Why this matters
When 1,400 judges talk to 4 lakh students every week, this is more than an information campaign — it is a bridge between the judiciary and society, one that turns the rule of law from a textbook phrase into a lived reality. Today's students are tomorrow's citizens, voters, activists and policy-makers; the seed of legal awareness planted now will shape the country's future.
